Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms before booking a cruise with Infinity Sails.

1. Booking & Payment

A booking is confirmed once payment is received. Prices are shown in Singapore Dollars and are per guest unless stated otherwise. Your booking is for the specific cruise, date, time and number of guests selected at checkout.

2. Arrival

All cruises depart from ONE°15 Marina, 11 Cove Drive, Sentosa, Singapore 098497. Please arrive at least 30 minutes before your departure time. The vessel departs on schedule and cannot wait for late guests.

3. Guests & Capacity

The number of guests on board must not exceed the number booked or the vessel's maximum capacity. All guests, including children, must be counted in your booking. Children must be supervised by an accompanying adult at all times.

4. Weather & Safety

Cruises operate subject to weather and sea conditions. For your safety, we may delay, shorten, reschedule or amend a cruise where conditions require. Our crew's decisions on safety are final, and all guests must follow crew instructions and safety briefings at all times.

5. Conduct

Guests are responsible for their own behaviour on board. We may refuse boarding or end a cruise without refund in cases of unsafe, intoxicated or disruptive conduct. Please respect the vessel, crew and other guests.

6. Changes & Cancellations

Need to change or cancel your booking? WhatsApp us at +65 9699 3782 or email bookings@infinitysails.com with your booking code, and we'll discuss the options with you case by case. If we cancel a cruise due to weather or operational reasons, we'll arrange a new date with you.

7. Personal Belongings & Liability

Guests join cruises at their own risk and are responsible for their personal belongings. To the extent permitted by law, Infinity Sails is not liable for loss, damage, injury or additional costs except where caused by our negligence.
